ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The Department of Chemistry offers an American Chemical Society accredited Bachelor of Science in chemistry, Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, Bachelor of Science in biochemistry, and a Master of Science in chemistry. All of our B.S. chemistry and biochemistry majors are required to participate in an undergraduate research project under the guidance of a faculty research mentor (B.A. students are encouraged to participate as well). Projects in all significant areas of study in chemistry and biochemistry (organic, inorganic, biochemical, medicinal, analytical and physical) are available to our students.
