The Department of Psychology focuses on research to better understand and predict human behavior and on the practical application of that knowledge to the solution and prevention of individual and societal problems. The undergraduate psychology program permits flexibility for career planning and personal development by providing two degree programs and opportunities for double majors. This allows students to develop a second interest and better prepare for a variety of careers.
