General information.
Review these items for important and helpful information.

  • The $80 registration fee entitles you to select as many seminars as you wish
  • Payment is due when you register, unless you select to be billed later.  In that case, your confirmation packet letter serves as your invoice and payment is due upon receipt.
  • Participants are enrolled in the order that registrations are received.
  • After registering, the confirmation packet containing seminar registration, shuttle and parking information, a map and, if requested, a parking permit will be mailed to you.
  • Seminars may be cancelled if less than 10 persons register.  You will be notified should that occur.
  • Once a seminar reaches its specified “Class Limit”, you are wait-listed and notified if an opening occurs.
  • If you cannot attend the first day of your seminar, please notify Special Programs and Continuing Education, (937) 229-2347; otherwise, you may be dropped from the seminar.

About Refunds. To receive a refund of your $80 registration fee, please notify Special Programs and Continuing Education, (937) 229-2347, by September 8. After that date, refunds are not given; however, substitution of participants is always acceptable.

Parking/shuttle permits. UD Parking Services requires you to display a valid UD parking permit for the shuttle’s pick-up/drop-off parking lot, even if you park in a handicapped space with a state-issued handicapped license or sticker.

To obtain a permit, select the appropriate boxes/items relating to your parking needs when you register. Your confirmation packet will include the requested permit. The permit for the shuttle parking lot is also honored in any single letter lot on UD campus after 7:30 p.m. week days.

NOTE:
prior to 7:30 p.m., UD Parking Services monitors all UD parking lots, and issues citations to drivers who do not display the correct parking permit for the lot. Parking citations are the responsibility of the drivers.

If Your Seminar is Held Off-Site. You are responsible for transportation to and from a seminar held off site. A UD parking permit is not required.

If you wish to ride the RTA. The RTA Ride Lines (937) 226-1144 gives schedules, route and senior discount information.
