Deposit:
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of registration.

Cancellations:

The cost for cancellations and interruption insurance is included in the cost of the trip. Should it become necessary for you to cancel or interrupt your trip because of an unforeseen medical problem of your own, your roommate, your spouse or an immediate family member, your tour payments will be refunded. Cancellations for reasons not covered by the insurance are subject to penalties and charges imposed by the suppliers providing services as part of this tour plus a cancellation handling fee of $25.

Liability:

Venture Travel & Tours, Inc., 965 Bethel Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43214, and the University of Dayton act only as agents of tour members in making arrangements of accommodations, meals, excursions, sightseeing, and other services. Venture Travel and UD are not responsible for any loss or damages of personal property or for injuries, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred or claimed by tour members including but not limited to losses due to acts of God. Although all attractions and tours are arranged in advance of the departure, occasionally changes are made by vendors after promotional material is distributed and prior to the tour departure. In such cases, every attempt is made to replace such attraction with a comparable item and therefore Venture Travel and UD can not be held responsible for losses claimed in such an instance. Venture Travel & Tours and UD reserved the right to cancel a tour at their discretion and a refund of money paid will release them from any further obligation.  The right to refuse passage to any participant may be exercised if it is deemed in the best interest of the tour.
